Terms of service

By using CityPreferred you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Bidding and placements

• Bids purchase time-limited advertising placement on a market leaderboard, as described on our How rankings work page. Placement begins only after payment is confirmed.
• Being outbid does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining placement period; your placement keeps its lower position until it expires. See the Refund policy for exceptions.
• Bid manipulation, including collusive or fraudulent bidding, is prohibited.

Listings and content

• Business information you submit must be accurate and yours to provide. We may moderate, edit for format, suspend or remove listings that are false, unlawful, spammy or abusive.
• Claiming a business you do not own or operate is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Platform

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Market data reflects platform activity, not an assessment of any business.
• We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on this page.
