Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to run the platform:

• Account data — name, email and login credentials when you create an account.
• Business data — information you submit for a public business listing. This is public by design.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep payment references (amounts, status, Stripe identifiers) for receipts and records.
• Usage data — anonymous page views and clicks used for the market statistics shown on the site and reported to bidders in aggregate.

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal data.
• We don't use invasive fingerprinting.
• We don't send marketing email without consent; transactional notifications (receipts, outbid alerts) can be managed in your account.

To access or delete your account data, contact hello@citypreferred.com. Financial records are retained as required for accounting and fraud prevention.
